Package Service including

One Full-time interpreter, speaking English, will attend on your team whole day, taking care of any chore and duties as well, for example, helping you to purchase the parts or materials or daily miscellaneous such as;
  Carpets

A chartered bus, or rent-a-car driven by yourselves, for round trip from Narita Airport to your hotel.
(Arrival & Departure Day)
Cars, with navigation system, to move every day from your Hotel to Motegi during your stay in Tochigi.
(but driving by yourselves)
Hotel, one single room for each of your members, and our staffs are staying at your hotel all day to assist you.
Meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner. (Dinner is not included but our staff can guide you to your favorite place)

Example: Option1 (Coming to Motegi GP with Team of 10 persons)

  • 10 single rooms from Sept. 14th to 18th at SEALUCK hotel in Utsunomiya.

    • 7000yen x 10 persons x 5days = 350,000 yen
  • 2 cars for 10 persons to go and back from Narita Airport to Hotel from Sept.14th to 19th. The cars, which are required to be driven by yourselves,are equipped with A/C and Navigators.

    • 18000 yen x 2cars x 6days = 216,000 yen
  • Meal cost, breakfast and lunch for 10 persons from Sept. 14th to 19th.

    • Breakfast 600yen x 10 persons x 6 days = 36,000 yen
    Lunch 1000yen x 10 persons x 6 days = 60,000 yen
  • One interpreter attend on your team all days from Sept. 14th to 19th staying at your hotel
    and join you even at Motegi to help you.

    • 25,000yen x 6days = 150,000yen
  • Any other expenses are not included in the above quoted price, such as telephone charge, cleaning, dinners, fuel for cars or drinking etc..

    • The total price of the Option 1 is 812,000 yen

    In this case, our interpreter can be joined with you as soon as you arrived at your hotel in Tochigi.

    Example: Option2 (Coming to Motegi GP with Team of 10 persons:)

  • One interpreter attend on your team all days from Sept. 14th to 19th staying at your hotel and join you even at Motegi to help you.
    • 38,000yen x 6days = 228,000yen

    The total price of the Option 2 is 228,000 yen
